Dr Sam Khan

Position: Veterinary Neurologist

Originally from the UK, Sam graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2017. After two years in general practice, he completed a rotating internship at the Queen’s Veterinary School Hospital at Cambridge University, where he subsequently went on to undertake a PhD and residency in neurology and neurosurgery. Sam’s PhD focused on intervertebral disc extrusions and spinal cord injury in dogs.

His recent research with the Cambridge Veterinary Neurology Research Group explored autoimmune conditions, including tremor syndromes and myasthenia gravis. With a strong interest in spinal cord injury and neuromuscular disorders, Sam is passionate about delivering the highest standard of neurological care.
