DR MIKE COLEMAN

Position: Registered Specialist Internal Medicine

Dr Mike Coleman leads the medicine service at VSA.  Mike graduated from Massey University in 1996.  After spending 7 years in small animal practice in Tauranga and Auckland he completed a residency in Small Animal Medicine at Veterinary Specialist Group in Auckland.  He became a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in 2006 and was recognised as a Specialist in Small Animal Medicine that same year.  Mike has been very involved with the ANZCVS over the past 15 years, being both a fellowship and membership examiner multiple times. When he is not being a vet, Mike can be found listening to and playing music, building guitars, roasting coffee and spending time with his family.
