DR CAROLINE EIVERS

Position: Registered Specialist in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging

Caroline graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science from Massey University and spent the next 5 years in small and large animal practice in the Bay of Plenty and the Waikato. She then undertook a residency in diagnostic imaging at the Royal School of Veterinary Studies, University of Edinburgh and became a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging in 2018. During her residency she received the Harker Rhodes award for best presentation for her research project on Chiari like malformation in dogs. Post-residency, Caroline worked as a clinician for the University of Glasgow and for VetCT. She returned home to New Zealand and has been working at Veterinary Specialists Auckland since February 2021. Caroline enjoys the variety of all imaging modalities. Outside of work she enjoys tennis and spending time with family and friends in the great NZ outdoors.
